Kim Martin - Executive Director
Kim finds her job incredibly diverse, challenging, and rewarding!
Kim has always been involved with water, safety, and aquatics. She was a lifeguard, swim team and swim instructor, coach, and director of aquatics programs at UNG. She started at LCKC running the summer camps and coaching BRL and then transitioned to coaching developmental one.
Kim has been married for almost 34 years, has 6 children, and 6 grandchildren. Some of her interests are reading, photography, swimming, hobby farming, cooking, and traveling!
Kim Keiser - Office Manager
Kim is retired and started with LCKC in March, 2023 as our Office Manager. Kim has many years of Administrative, Accounting, and Human Resources experience. 14 of those years were spent in a manufacturing plant in Gainesville. During that time, she cemented many business relationships in the Hall County area, which included serving on the Hall County Human Resources Council for many years.
She processes the payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, develops and manages the registration website, and responds to club, visitor, and employee inquiries. Her biggest accomplishments have been developing the new SquadFusion website and improving office processes and procedures.
Kim is the mother of 3 grown kids, has 3 grandchildren, and enjoys the outdoors. She loves to garden, ride motorcycles, taking her dog to the park, kayaking, hiking, board games, and DIY projects.


Rachel McClain - Building Maintenance
Rachel has been married to her husband, Josh for 18 years and has 4 kids and 2 Jack Russell mix fur babies.Their son, Ethan (15) has been a member of LCKC since the spring of 2019. He started with BRL, went on to join D1 as a kayaker, and then switched things up a couple years later when he joined D2 as a canoer. She is so thankful for the coaches who have invested their time and attention to helping Ethan grow as a person and as an athlete. Watching Ethan meet goals and expectations makes me so proud of all that he has learned here.
She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching her kids grow in their skills in life and ministry.
