Zsolt Szadovszki

High Performance Coach

As LCKC’s High Performance Coach, Zsolt works with junior, U23, and senior athletes in sprint kayaks and surf ski. He brings over two decades of international experience as both an elite athlete and coach, shaped by European high-performance systems and long-term coaching in the United States.

His outstanding international athletic career spans many years and has awarded him with many accomplishments, which include several gold, silver, and bronze medals. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical efficiency, durability, and athlete awareness, blending proven training principles with modern tools such as GPS, HRV, and video analysis

He was head coach of the Hawaii Canoe Kayak team, coached the USA National Kayak Junior Team, the USA National Kayak Team, and Olympic coach to Nevin Harrison who won gold in 2020 at the Tokyo Olympics.

He enjoys surf skiing, kayaking, swimming, biking, running, hiking, soccer and Yoga.
