500m sprints 7:30-8:30 am
AGE GROUPS:
Under 10 (but no younger than 8), Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, Senior 19+
Masters A: 30-39
Masters B: 40-49
Masters C: 50-59
Masters D: 60-69
Masters E: 70+
Medals will be awarded in each category.
Lunch included.
